Ty is a devoted family man and loves spending time with his wife Harmony and their two children, Ethan and Lyla. When he's not working, Ty enjoys boating and traveling, always looking for new adventures and experiences to share with his family.

Ty continuously gives back to his community. He has served as chairman of the city of North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission and was on the inaugural Board of Directors for the North Myrtle Beach Area Historical Museum. His team sponsors the monthly Legacy Award, which is an award given to long standing businesses that give back to the community.
